There is a sign on the wall at a local lumber company. It says “Quality, Price or On Time”, choose any two. That statement is from the industrial age and we are in the information age now. Our sign reads “Quality, Price, On Time with Guaranteed Results”, you will get them all.
The way homes are being built is rapidly changing. We are squarely in the new millennium with newly developed ways of bringing building processes to action. My team is “Revolutionizing the Way America Builds”.
Over the next few days I will be updating you what I have been working on the past several months. My journey began about twenty years ago when I first met the folks at Farrell Faber & Associates in Santa Rosa. We seemed to have the same interests. Developing our businesses through continuing education, community involvement and placing family first.
Now it is twenty years later and that little local firm has added more value to our community than any other firm I know of. They provide a cost effective solution to all the challenges in construction.

For fun I am doing a side by side of two homes being built right now that began construction on almost the same day. One home is the classic tear it down to the studs and rebuild. They did this to save on the cost of new construction. The other home is brand new from the ground up home. Both are being done by great builders and are in comparable neighborhoods.
