The Baldwin Ranch

This 320 acre ranch was tucked away in the hills across from Soda Rock Winery. The challenges in marketing this property was the remote location with undeeded right of ways and uncertainty of the water source. Both of these challenges are easy to overcome with the right resources. Sotheby’s Healdsburg & Vangaurd Properties had this property listed for about a year and a half when the owner and I met regarding this property.

He informed me that a quick sale was needed. The seller needed to attend to his Veterinarian Hospital business so seller participation was not an option on this project.

I built the website named www.AlexanderValleyRealEstate.com and did some pretty extreme marketing targeting 100 mile radius’s around San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. A buyer contacted me within a week of launching the marketing and a speedy transfer of the property took place.
