This turn of the century cottage was located in an area dear to my heart. Many of the properties and folks I work with are much the same.

Please note the name I used for this property, “Modern Healdsburg Cottage”. I leverage the use of high traffic keywords in listing properties. There is a local hotel by the same name that pays a lot for advertising so using like keywords gave this property a huge boost on the internet.

I represented the buyer as an investment property in 2013 as their Realtor / Consultant. They held the property for two years and I resold the property with my construction & landscape service teams doing a light makeover. The home sold for the target sales price with a 30 day escrow period.
