WHAT IS EXP REALTY?

At EXP Realty our family of Brokers and Agents build their own businesses. We work, attend classes, collaborate, innovate, enjoy water cooler chats, build teams and  build unity. We share our experiences inside of THE EXP WORLD.

Together, we’re leveraging systems and tools in order to grow an international, publicly traded company.

HOW CAN WE WORK WITHOUT AN OFFICE?

All 16,000 of us are on Workplace by Facebook for our primary communication or hop into EXP World. which is laid out just like an office park. We all field questions from each other and it is really fast. I am finding that questions there get answered without a broker having to put his twist on it and much faster.

We all have access to EXP World which is a virtual campus. There we have a transaction center, at least ten live training classes a day, 5-10 Brokers ready to answer questions, a marketing department and more. We have every resource a Realtor needs in one place with the buying power of 16,000 strong. Below is the schedule for today’s classes that I can attend by just dropping in.

How Do I Attend Classes

When I log into my EXP World I suddenly appear on the campus entryway. It is a virtual world where I set up an avatar of myself. An avatar is an animated version of myself that I create to look like me. My avatar is just adorable. When I do meet fellow agents in real life we actually recognize each other.

Our campus appears to be a twenty acre facility with buildings, parks and we even have a soccer field to blow of a little steam. There are usually about 250 employees there. We are actually scatted all over the world physically but available here. Imagine having that much experience at your fingertips.

THE WORLD IS CHANGING

Remember BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO? They had their entire industry locked up. They disappeared in a three year span. Sears? Adios! Tesla just closed its showrooms. Retail stores are fading quickly too. Why do real estate companies even have offices? You see their product at open houses or online.

In Healdsburg alone I have calculated that $115,000. a month is being spent by real estate brokerages on office rent alone. The office are beautifully decorated with a lot of amenities. Unfortunately there is usually no Broker available to help because they are actually competing with you to support all of that overhead. 

EMBRACE CHANGE

The Only Thing We Have To Fear Is Fear Itself.

Our world is changing quickly. What will happen with all of the empty office and retail space in the years ahead, housing! That would solve a lot of problems. If we begin to work from home we can be productive while polluting less and supporting a better home environment. I see nothing but great times ahead.

This change is rattling a lot of businesses and corporations that did not prepare. It is why the world seems to be in such turmoil. EVERYTHING is changing, banking, shopping, how we communicate and it cannot be monetized the way it was. That in itself is the big news that I hope you embrace.
